Shell Education is is website that has many different subject links. I focused on the Math link and found many different teacher focused Math podcast opportunities. www.shelleducation.com
Much of this site was mostly for comerce but there was quite a few free things.
The podcast I found was the Math Stretches podcast that was informing teachers how to use math stretches for math warm-up instead of just doing bell work that doesn't have meaning except as busy work.

Show One is the summary of the first chapter in the Algebra book he has co-authored. It is a bit high handed and too quick for Els. I think you would need video to keep up with his summary.
I really like the first podcast about morning work. This has been something I struggled with for years, while I was the ELL teacher and now again while I am in a self contained class. My argument was there is no instruction or support given, so this is just "busy work". The 'busy work" is the most ineffective for your struggling or EL students and they usually don't finish and it was just a wasted block of time. I like the ideas given in the podcast, I also used a podcast from shell education.

I also really enjoyed the first podcast on a different approach to morning work. I have always been working hard to find things for my kids to do as soon as they walk in the door that is meaningful work we can draw on and be that engage or review for other lessons. I love this idea of giving each child a smaller task to the big picture and coming together to discuss. Really enjoyed and will be sharing with other teachers as my school!
